Who we are

Majorbird is an Odoo Silver Partner (since 2020), founded by a Chinese-French team and headquartered in Nanshan, Shenzhen. We are an international team of 17 people across offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Mexico. We have delivered 100+ ERP projects and specialize in the complex, multi-company, multi-currency and cross-border implementations that most partners shy away from — across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Latin America.

The role — Confirmed ERP Developer (Vietnam)

You build and customize Odoo across real client projects with growing autonomy — developing modules, integrations and reports, and taking ownership of features end to end.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize Odoo modules, integrations and reports.
• Own features end to end — from analysis with the consultants to delivery.
• Write clean, tested code and follow our engineering practices.
• Fix bugs, improve existing features and help keep quality high.

Must-have

• 1–3 years of software development with Python and hands-on Odoo experience.
• Able to deliver features with limited supervision.
• Curious about the business logic behind the code.
• Written English is mandatory.
• No spoken-English requirement for this position.

Nice-to-have

• PostgreSQL, JavaScript / OWL, Git, Linux or Docker.
• A CS / Engineering degree or strong personal projects.
• Exposure to multi-company / multi-currency Odoo projects.

What we offer

• Salary: 15,000,000–25,000,000 VND/month, based on experience.
• Project bonus — accrued quarterly on the collections of the projects you help deliver.
